We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in telesales/telecalling. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, pitching products/services, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
