Identify potential clients via cold calling, referrals, and online research
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams
Sales Conversion
Present freight services (air, sea, customs clearance, warehousing) to prospects
Negotiate rates and service terms within company guidelines
Close sales and ensure proper documentation and onboarding
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell services
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Reporting & Coordination
Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and conversion details
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth service delivery
Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of telesales experience, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
