Universo Realtors is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telesales Executive
with 1-3 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone, generate leads, and close deals effectively in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects and offerings
Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the company
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into site visits and sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
Coordinate with the sales and site teams for smooth deal closures
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales over calls
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
