Responsibilities:



Outbound/Inbound Calling:

Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services.

Lead Generation

: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calls, warm leads, or inbound queries.

Product/Service Presentation:

Clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Customer Handling:

Answer queries, resolve objections, and provide appropriate solutions to encourage purchase decisions.

Sales Conversion:

Achieve assigned sales targets by converting leads into actual sales.

Database Management:

Maintain and update records of customer details, interactions, and sales activities in CRM/software.

Follow-ups:

Consistently follow up with interested prospects to close sales.

Cross-Selling/Up-Selling:

Suggest additional or upgraded products/services to maximize revenue.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and sales strategies.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align with campaigns and promotions.

Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, conversions, and revenue.

Professional Communication:

Maintain polite, persuasive, and customer-friendly communication at all times.
