Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain products/services to customers and handle queries effectively.

Maintain and update customer databases.

Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.

Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Record feedback and report to the team leader/manager.

Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer support executive preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi].

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Strong listening and negotiation skills
