Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in manufacturing, machining, and tooling industries.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Promote mechanical components, automation products, tooling, and accessories for CNC/VMC machines.
Maintain a high call volume and proactive lead-follow-up strategy.
Product Communication
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements related to CNC/VMC machinery, tooling, fixtures, automation setups, etc.
Suggest suitable products/solutions based on applications and technical needs.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and coordinate with the technical and sales team for order processing.
Follow up for payments, deliveries, and after-sales service coordination.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, leads, and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with field sales engineers, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
