Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly sales and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and client onboarding.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Share client feedback to help improve offerings and pitch strategies.
