Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Noida & Janakpuri, India

Salary Range: Up to 20,000 INR per month

We are seeking Telecounsellors to join our team in Gurugram. As a Telecounsellor, you will be responsible for providing counselling to the students over the phone and convert them to walk-ins. Your duties will include:

Making outbound calls to the leads provided by company and providing details of courses.

Providing guidance and support to them in a compassionate and professional manner

Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updating their profiles.

Following up with the leads to ensure their needs are being met and addressing any concerns they may have

Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and client experience

Requirements:

Fluent in Telugu (must-have)

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to actively listen and empathize with clients

Good computer skills and familiarity with office software

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Prior experience in a counselling role is preferred, but not mandatory

Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is up to 21000 INR per month, based on qualifications and experience.
