Job Description
key responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Handle calls on leads generated for skin related services on our digital platforms. \xe2\x97\x8f The initial call will be primarily a sales pitch followed by issue resolutions and query handling. \xe2\x97\x8f Describe the services and USPs of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. Continuous follow ups with Potential clients \xe2\x97\x8f Handle skin specific queries pertaining to our services. Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may be required. \xe2\x97\x8f Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel. Generate relevant reports from the same. \xe2\x97\x8f Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with the required therapist who shall visit the client \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze quality of calls and strive for improvement. technical skills \xe2\x97\x8f Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) \xe2\x97\x8f Google Sheet behavioral skills \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills & ability to pitch \xe2\x97\x8f Time Management Benefits: \xe2\x97\x8f Attractive variable payouts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb921,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
