Job Description


Doing Sales of New Launch & On-going Projects

Sourcing and Generating leads for allocated site.

Be responsible for Residential & Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban & Navi Mumbai,

Pre-sales & post sales responsibility for all ongoing & completed projects.

Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network

Assist to promote sales of properties through Marketing & advertising agencies & social media

Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures

Database management related to Clients and Properties.

Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.

Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.
