Job Description
CaratLane is hiring for telesales personnel.Day to day duties and responsibilities will be: -
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Finding leads and conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas.
- Meet out the queries of customers & clients.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Update client records
- Track and document calls and sales
- Hands on Chat Process, Voice Process & Email Process
- Proficient with communication skills (English + Hindi)*
- Presentable*
