Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated

Telesales Executive

to join our team at

Baywatch Resort

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving reservations, increasing revenue through outbound sales calls, and generating leads for the resort. As a key part of the sales team, you will play an essential role in promoting the resort's offerings and converting inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential guests and travel agents to promote the resort's rooms, packages, and services. Generate new business by effectively presenting Baywatch Resort's offerings and creating customized packages based on guest preferences. Upsell additional services, such as dining options, spa treatments, and activities, to maximize revenue per guest.

Reservations Management:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to reservations, inquiries, and follow-up calls to secure bookings. Input and update reservation details accurately into the resort's reservation system (PMS). Provide clear and accurate information regarding room availability, pricing, and special promotions.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify potential leads and market segments by targeting both leisure and corporate clients. Qualify leads, gather relevant customer information, and assess their needs to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat bookings. Follow up with clients post-booking to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Respond promptly to guest queries, addressing their concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and lead conversion rates. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress against targets. Communicate progress and challenges to the Sales Manager and suggest strategies for improvement.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including room bookings, upsells, and promotional packages. Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotional offers, and seasonal sales initiatives.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and reservations teams to align strategies and enhance sales performance. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales performance, targets, and new promotional offers.

Qualifications:



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience in customer service or a related field is also beneficial. Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and CRM tools is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into bookings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

Positive attitude with a passion for customer service. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
