Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. Persuade customers to purchase products or services by explaining features and benefits. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers. Create and present sales reports to management. Skills and qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for making persuasive pitches and building rapport. Strong negotiation skills are needed to close deals and handle objections. The ability to address customer issues and complaints promptly. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant computer programs. A calm and cool temperament is necessary to handle rejection and high-pressure sales environments. Ability to learn and describe company products and services

Pay: ₹8,383.79 - ₹25,428.03 per month
