Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate details of interactions. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
