Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Outreach:

Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.

Sales & Persuasion:

Present products/services, explain features, and persuade customers to buy, upsell, or cross-sell.

Customer Engagement:

Answer questions, address concerns, and build rapport.

Lead Management:

Identify potential leads and transfer qualified prospects to the field sales team.

Data Management:

Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM/database.

Order Processing:

Take and process orders efficiently.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales quotas and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication:

Superior verbal skills, active listening, and persuasive techniques.

Customer Focus:

Ability to understand needs and handle complaints.

Resilience:

Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-ups.

Sales Acumen:

Knowledge of sales processes, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient with CRM software and call center tools.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar phone-based role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
