Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services. Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups. Maintain a database of customer information and sales records. Achieve individual and team sales targets within deadlines. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Keep updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and feedback.
