Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential customers through various sources (cold calling, inbound inquiries, emails, databases, social media).

Qualify leads based on set parameters before passing them to the sales pipeline.

2. Product/Service Presentation



Present and explain company products or services to potential clients via phone, video calls, or email.

Tailor pitches to meet the customer's needs and pain points.

3. Customer Engagement & Follow-ups



Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure progression in the sales funnel.

4. Closing Sales



Handle objections and negotiations.

Close deals over the phone or through virtual meetings.

5. CRM & Reporting



Maintain detailed records of all interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.

6. Collaboration with Other Teams



Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing and campaign feedback.

Work with the operations or onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer transitions post-sale.

7. Achieving Sales Targets



Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
