We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team and contribute to our continued success. : Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively pitch products and services over the phone.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
