We\'re hiring a Telesales executive for our client who is into the Banking sector. * Eligibility - Graduate/ Post - Graduate * Both freshers & experience can apply * Experience should have in banking sector/sales department * Candidate should have Banking products knowledge * Candidate should have a flair for Marketing / Telesales. * Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts * Candidate should be flexible with Work from Office * He / She should have excellent communication skills in Hindi(Mandatory) /Telugu Location : Hyderabad/secunderabad Preferred : * Freshers * Only Male candidates can Apply Roles and Responsibilities: * Customer Service - Handling customer queries Cautiously and Politely. * Understand the needs of customers and Handle professionally. * Ensure First call resolution. * Promote Bank products as and when Opportunity exists. * Rigorous Follow up with the customers to Settle their dues. * Maintain a Base of the default customers and publish MIS. * Follow up with Vendor Agency and Field executives. * Handling Credit Card collection calls (Outbound ). * Should achieve the daily/ monthly call connection. * Audit and compliance _TSE is required to adhere to all laid down guidelines for Calling Product sourcing Product processing Curing of rejects.
