Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested clients via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly/weekly sales and revenue targets.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing or offers.
Coordinate with field sales or support teams when required.
Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
