Job Description

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to identify and engage potential new customers and generate qualified leads.

Sales & Order Processing:

Persuade customers to purchase products or services, explain features and benefits, and accurately process sales transactions.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, provide detailed information about products, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and information in the company's CRM system.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to make appropriate recommendations.

Follow-up:

Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close deals.

Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
