Job Description

Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and industrial visits. Present and promote laser machines (CO2, Fiber, CNC-based systems, etc.) to prospective clients. Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and factory visits to showcase machine features and benefits. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions in coordination with the technical team. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales within the defined timelines. Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and generate business. Follow up on post-sale support in collaboration with the service department to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in industrial/B2B machinery sales preferred; freshers with technical background may also apply. Strong understanding of laser technology or capital industrial equipment will be an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and exhibitions.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
