The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products/services over the phone to potential customers. As a Telesales Executive, you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, achieve sales targets and maintain good relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Update customer information in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and increase sales.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
