Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):



Strategic Business Growth

Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2C and B2B channels).

Develop tie-ups with schools, colleges, tuition centers, and corporates.

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.

Sales Planning & Execution

Set and meet revenue targets monthly/quarterly.

Build and manage a strong pipeline via CRM and lead generation tools.

Drive conversion through consultative sales approach.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor telesales and counseling team.

Conduct regular training and reviews.

Collaborate with the academic and marketing team for campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with key clients and institutional partners.

Handle high-value clients with professionalism.

Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting & Documentation

Submit regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on lead status and sales.

Track KPIs like conversion rates, follow-ups, meetings scheduled, etc.

Requirements:



MBA or equivalent degree in Sales/Marketing preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of EdTech/academic sales is a plus

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Goal-driven and self-motivated personality

Willingness to travel (if required)

Pay: ?9,870.06 - ?30,000.00 per month
