Job Description

Research potential customers:

Identify and research potential leads through various channels like online databases, social media, and industry events.

Conduct multi-channel outreach:

Initiate contact with prospects using cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.

Qualify leads:

Assess and qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure a high potential for conversion.

Nurture relationships:

Build and maintain relationships with leads through regular follow-up communication.

Manage CRM data:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Track and report performance:

Monitor and analyze key lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and report progress.
