Job Description

Responsibilities:

Guide and mentor students through the

admission process

, from inquiry to enrollment. Handle

walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries

professionally and convert them into admissions. Counsel students and parents regarding

courses, career options, and eligibility criteria

. Maintain a

high conversion ratio

of leads to enrollments. Train, support, and monitor

junior admission counselors

to achieve team targets. Develop and implement strategies to

increase admissions and revenue growth

. Maintain accurate records of

student interactions, applications, and follow-ups

in CRM. Conduct

seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions

to attract prospective students. Collaborate with the

marketing and sales team

to plan admission campaigns. Stay updated on

industry trends, competitor offerings, and course structures

. Ensure

compliance with admission policies

and provide a smooth experience to students. Prepare and present

weekly/monthly reports

on inquiries, conversions, and team performance
