Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote pharmaceutical products and take orders. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure repeat business and resolve queries. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates as defined by the management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback using the CRM system. Coordinate with the field sales and dispatch/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs and inventory trends. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with ongoing schemes, new launches, and promotions. Identify inactive customers and reactivate them through engagement and service support.

Pay: ?25,241.01 - ?28,287.48 per month
