Roles and Responsibilities: Contact Potential and existing customers to inform them about the product/offers or services via email, phone and texts etc. Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s calls (in-bound and outbound) and answer questions about the product. Ask questions to understand student\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and close sales. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media etc. Leads Conversion. Responsible for handling student inquiries, questions and complaints. Gather feedback from students or prospects and share with internal teams. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Participation in sales team meetings. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a telesales executive or relevant role in an educational institute. Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Good knowledge of MS-office and hands on experience with CRM software is a plus. Good understanding of marketing. Fast learner and passion for sales.
