In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads generated through our portals, engaging with potential customers, and qualifying them based on predefined criteria. Your goal will be to identify high-quality prospects and ensure a smooth handover to our sales team. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Contact leads via phone calls or emails to initiate conversations and qualify them as potential customers. \xc2\xb7 Understand and effectively communicate our company\'s products, services, and value proposition to prospects. \xc2\xb7 Use a structured approach to gather relevant information about prospects and update our CRM system with accurate and detailed notes. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. \xc2\xb7 Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead qualification and conversion. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with basic computer. \xc2\xb7 A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
