Candidate should be polite, courteous, with a dynamic personality. Should be able to interact fluently in English. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, Whatsapp, CRM\'s is a must. Team spirit is a must, should be able to respond to customer queries and resolve customer conflicts in a professional manner. Weekly off available, performance bonus also available.
