An effective Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable in presenting products or services over the phone / Face to face Meetings as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media \xe2\x80\xa2 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services \xe2\x80\xa2 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets to call volume and sales.
