Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our products or services over the phone, building relationships with potential customers, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong ability to understand customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products or services.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
• Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competition to effectively position our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma required; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
