Develop and implement telecalling scripts, and productivity goals.
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the telemarketing team.
Monitor calls to ensure quality, compliance, and effective communication.
Train, coach, and mentor telecallers to improve performance and customer handling skills.
Track and report team performance metrics (calls made,conversions).
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the management.
Maintain team discipline, motivation, and productivity.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
