Job Description

We are looking for a motivated telemarketing executive to join our marketing team and contribute innovative ideas to help us achieve our goals and increase our leads. In developing and implementing marketing strategies, you will be primarily responsible for calling and administrative duties. As a telemarketing executive, you will work closely with our marketing team throughout the course of a marketing campaign. Your insightful contribution will aid in the development, expansion, and maintenance of our marketing channels. This position is also in charge of the day-to-day operation and delivery of the India marketing campaign, as well as market research and business development. Communicating with the customers via cold calling and email marketing. Maintain & focus on CRM System for lead finding activities, qualification process of leads, setup of accounts & contacts, and ensure the data quality in CRM system. E-mail marketing and campaigns through CRM system Create, develop and implement marketing plan and strategy and manage marketing budget. Search and manage tender platform. CRM system statistics evaluation jointly with marketing manager. Assess market opportunities and do market research (by industry, customer segments) Do competitors analyses and provide analyses report to the marketing manager. Coordinate with corporate marketing team to implement the initiatives and follow the HQ guidelines. Manage marketing stationery, local flyers, brochures & memberships. Draft and circulate internal newsletter and customer newsletters and magazines. Manage company events - ZwickRoell Forum, VIP events, Industry specific exhibition, testXpo at the HQ and in India. Coordinate trainings, seminars & events including projects of ZwickRoell Academy. Support coordinate webinars and remote live demos Writing and publishing success stories at internet. Participate & actively contribute to the quarterly International Marketing Circle of the ZwickRoell Group.Support & localize international networking projects (e.g., of international transplants in India)Education Bachelor's Degree or MBA in MarketingExperience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or marketing
