Job Overview

We are looking for a Telemarketer - US Process to join our team at GemsNY IT Solutions. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our finest quality bespoke jewelry and loose gemstones to customers in the US market. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the US voice process and possess excellent English communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client dealing, outbound sales, and working in the US shift. The role also offers the flexibility of working from home.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the US voice process
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record in outbound sales
• Ability to work in the US shift and meet sales targets
• Experience in client dealing and building customer relationships
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to present our products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent client dealing skills

• Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or complaints
• Keep updated records of all sales interactions and customer details
