Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to provide counselling or information about products, services, or courses.
Understand the customer's requirements and guide them to the appropriate solutions or departments.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads to ensure successful conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or students.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Provide feedback to the team leader on customer needs, competitive activities, and process improvement.
Stay updated with product knowledge, program details, and organizational policies.
