It's an amazing opportunity to join a Cisco Voice team of innovative and committed folks doing Troubleshoot ,Configure, implement and maintain voice communications systems work at the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions!

What you will be doing

• Handles Customer requests for IP Telephony support.
• Troubleshoots major telephony issues. This includes troubleshooting circuits, hardware/software issues, voice quality issues, among other
• Design and Modify scripts and modify, design workflows, building macros, knowledge on Integrating 3rd party.
• Planning, Designing and Implementing IP Telephony for the Client.

What you Bring

• Minimum of 3 years total Voice experience (System administration and systems engineering) experience required.
• Design and modify Scripts, Design workflows, building macros, knowledge on Integrating 3rd party Wallboards, recording solutions, Auto- dialers will be an advantage.
• Cisco UCCX server administration.
• Cisco SIP and ISDN voice gateway configuration.
• Good knowledge on protocols (MGCP, h323, SIP, SCCP)
• Excellent knowledge on Voice gateways, CUBE, VG2XX , VG3XX , FXO and FXS , QSIGs solutions.
• Excellent knowledge on UCON, and inter-networking with other Voicemail systems.
