Job Description
Job Title: Telecom Support Engineer II Provide support for Genesys platform.
- Ensure the availability and integrity of the Concentrix Genesys Voice Network.
- Perform voice network resources administration and maintenance along with voice network equipment installation, as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Graduate in any field, with 5+ years of experience in Contact enter/outsourcing industry.
- Voice-related certification required (Genesys)
Desired Skills:
- Multi-task and maintain composure in stressful and demanding work environment, Exercise flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging and/or perplexing situations.
- Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Experience and troubleshooting Call routing, voice quality and network related issues, strong working knowledge of TCP, UDP, VoIP, SIP, SBC’s and excellent knowledge of ACD and contact centers
- Must possess good interpersonal, organizational, time management, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, decision-making skills for problem identification, solution recommendation and implementation.
- Detail and customer service oriented, Strong technical aptitude
- Understanding of ITIL V3 guidelines, Service Level Management etc
- Be on rotational on-call weekdays, weekends & holidays, Work night shifts, as needed.
