Job Title: Telecom Support Engineer II Provide support for Genesys platform.
Ensure the availability and integrity of the Concentrix Genesys Voice Network.
Perform voice network resources administration and maintenance along with voice network equipment installation, as needed.
Receive, analyze, monitor, and resolve voice network problems in accordance with published Service Level Agreements. Provide support for Genesys plaform. Essential Skills:
Graduate in any field, with 5+ years of experience in Contact enter/outsourcing industry.
Multi-task and maintain composure in stressful and demanding work environment, Exercise flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging and/or perplexing situations.
Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
Experience and troubleshooting Call routing, voice quality and network related issues, strong working knowledge of TCP, UDP, VoIP, SIP, SBC’s and excellent knowledge of ACD and contact centers
Must possess good interpersonal, organizational, time management, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, decision-making skills for problem identification, solution recommendation and implementation.
Detail and customer service oriented, Strong technical aptitude
Understanding of ITIL V3 guidelines, Service Level Management etc
Be on rotational on-call weekdays, weekends & holidays, Work night shifts, as needed.
