Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Sales Executive to join our team in Janakpuri, Delhi. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and selling fiber-optic infrastructure equipment (splicing machines, OTDRs, power meters, etc.) to telecom operators, ISPs, contractors and distributors. The ideal candidate will blend strong sales skills with an understanding of fiber-optic technologies and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in telecom, networking and infrastructure sectors.
Engage with B2B clients (telecom companies, ISPs, contractors, distributors) to present, sell and negotiate fibre-optic equipment.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and training sessions for clients.
Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts to closure.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical/installation team to address customer queries, support installations and manage troubleshooting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new product developments; feed insights into the team.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and exhibitions to build the brand and generate leads.
