Role Definition & RequirementCall Center Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Needs to be experienced, self-driven and motivated Voice Agent .- He/She will be responsible for making and receiving outbound/inbound calls- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Following the provided "scripts" when handling different topics- Will strive towards going beyond the assigned target and achieve best possible conversion rate- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile- Keep records of all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting everythingRequirement :- Exceptional interpersonal, Sales, problem-solving, verbal (US accent) and written communication Skills- Versant 6 Certified- Track record of over-achieving quota- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectivelyEducational Qualification Requirement- Minimum Graduate in any streamDesired Experience- 2 Years of International Outbound Sales experience (US)- Prior experience in Health Care or Mass Tort Domain PreferredfacilitiesBoth side Cab facilities will be provided to the candidates.
