Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of KPB Solution\'s courses and programs to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.3. Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their career goals and educational needs, and provide personalized guidance on the most suitable courses and programs.4. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations over the phone to articulate the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.5. Closing Sales: Skillfully navigate objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.6. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, track customer interactions, and follow up with leads as needed.7. Market Feedback: Gather and relay valuable feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and provide support to ensure a cohesive and productive sales team.Qualifications:1. Previous Min- 1 Year to 2 Years telesales or sales experience is preferred (Must have core sales Experience) Industry open. Preferred EdTech/Education/Counselling2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.5.
