Job Description

Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing potential customers through various methods, including cold calling and following up on leads.

? Sales Calls: Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

? Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

? Sales Closing: Successfully closing sales deals over the phone by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

? Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

? Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

? Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, notes, and sales data.

? Following Scripts and Strategies: Adhering to company sales scripts and strategies while also being able to improvise and adapt to individual customer needs.

? Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
