Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, guests, and leads to promote hotel services, events, and offers.
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information regarding rooms, banquets, events, and facilities.
Generate and qualify leads for sales and marketing teams.
Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into bookings.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate, travel, and event clients.
Record details of customer interactions, feedback, and queries in the CRM system.
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing campaigns by reaching out to targeted customers.
Inform clients about promotions, packages, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers.
Coordinate with the social media/digital marketing team for leads generated online.
Quality & Reporting
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Prepare call reports, lead status updates, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and telecalling guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream (Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
