- Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation to discuss about the products and advice.- Deliver approved policies to clients- To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan- Convinced them to deposit EMI on time- Responsible for calling on prospect data for further closure.- Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience - Retaining the existing customers- Experience in sales/retention/Collection/up selling/insurance- Ensuring that the call, leads and quality targets are met.
