2. Database Management & CRM Updates
Key Responsibilities:
Record all interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
Update contact details, lead status, and call notes regularly.
Tag and categorize leads correctly (hot, warm, cold, etc.).
3. Follow-ups & Conversion Support
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospects after demos, emails, or initial interest.
Share marketing materials, brochures, or demo links as needed.
Remind leads of meetings, demos, or payment follow-ups.
4. Customer Communication & Satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone during calls.
Address basic product-related queries and objections.
Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the sales/marketing team.
5. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams
Objective:
Support alignment between telecalling, field sales, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Share hot lead lists with the sales team daily/weekly.
Coordinate with marketing for new campaign follow-ups.
Provide insights on lead quality and campaign performance.
6. Self-Development & Performance Improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Attend product and sales training sessions.
Stay updated on CRM software updates and industry trends.
Implement feedback from supervisors and QA audits.
7. Reporting & Productivity
Key Responsibilities:
Submit daily call and lead reports.
Track call performance metrics.
