Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into scheduled site visits, ensuring that clients have the necessary information and motivation to visit properties.
Handle the end-to-end process from initial inquiry generation to booking completion, assisting clients with every step over the phone.
Report daily activities and progress to the Senior Sales Manager, including call statistics, follow-ups, and client feedback.
Manage and organize lead data by project, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in CRM systems.
Track and update all client interactions, feedback, and appointment status in the CRM to maintain a detailed record of each client journey.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to support targets and overall project success.
