Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls per day to potential clients generated through online sources such as Housing.com, 99acres, MagicBricks, walk-ins, social media, and other portals.
  • Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into scheduled site visits, ensuring that clients have the necessary information and motivation to visit properties.
  • Handle the end-to-end process from initial inquiry generation to booking completion, assisting clients with every step over the phone.
  • Report daily activities and progress to the Senior Sales Manager, including call statistics, follow-ups, and client feedback.
  • Manage and organize lead data by project, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in CRM systems.
  • Track and update all client interactions, feedback, and appointment status in the CRM to maintain a detailed record of each client journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to support targets and overall project success.
