Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive



Job Type: Full-time



Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to customers to promote services/products

Handle inbound calls to customers to promote services/products and resolve customer queries

Maintain customer data and update records

Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments/sales

Explain services clearly and professionally

Build good customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Report daily performance to the team leader/manager

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass or graduate

Good communication skills (Marathi/Hindi/English/regional language)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customer queries patiently

Confident, polite, and convincing personality

Prior telecalling/BPO experience is a plus (optional)
