Understanding the customer's needs, budget, and preferences by asking clarifying questions (e.g., destination, travel dates, number of people, interests).
Explaining the features and benefits of various travel packages and products.
Suggesting suitable packages, upsells, or cross-sells (e.g., adding travel insurance or a premium hotel upgrade).
Taking and accurately processing bookings and orders over the phone.
Answering queries regarding pricing, cancellations, payment procedures, and documentation (e.g., visa requirements).
Maintaining and updating accurate records of all customer interactions, calls, leads, and sales activities using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Scheduling follow-up calls with interested prospects.
Addressing customer complaints, concerns, or uncertainties in a professional and timely manner.
Providing accurate information to maintain customer satisfaction and the company's reputation.
