We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience.
The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers from Indiamart-generated leads.
They must clearly explain product details and convert leads into successful sales.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Fluency in Hindi is a must, as most customer interactions will be in Hindi.
The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable in a sales-focused environment.
Experience with telesales, inside sales, or telecalling will be preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
