Premium Profiles are carved out to ensure good and enriched customer experience is provided to high profile and premium customers.r r The job of a Premium Service Specialist is to reach out to such high profile and premium customers over phone, understand their needs, explain them the product & features and deliver value to the customers.r r
r Key Responsibilitiesr r

• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assignedr
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.r
• Take individual and collective revenue targets and strive to achieve the revenue targetsr
• Selling Membership over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parametersr
• Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.r
• Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the matrimony packages.r
• Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experiencer
• Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal teamr
• Strictly adhere to the process requirementsr
